With roughly 3 billion monthly active users, Facebook is the most used online social network worldwide and Facebook ads is the key business solution of the social media platform.

Improving the Facebook ads UX and algorithm in order to increase visibility to the right target group. The facebook ads needed to be an easy configured and straight forward journey easy for any user to build a strong campaign based on well specified goals.
The algorithm behind the Facebook ads needed to be well designed and tested to solve any of the issues affecting the algorithm functionality and results.
By testing the algorithm I have been able to list the most critical bugs affecting the results of the campaigns. I have also contributed to the improvement of the user journey and UX of the system making the overall experience shorter and much easier to navigate.
The facebook ads is now a much better system delivering better user journey and UX to its user. The important bugs have now been sorted delivering better results both for the user and the company.
